Job Mandate

  • Responsible for acquiring high quality MSME Agents for the Cash Agad program in his/her area of assignment.
  • Responsible for developing and executing area sales strategies and programs
  • Responsible for gathering, collating and submitting required documents for on-boarding in the most efficient and timely manner.
  • Responsible in coordinating with branches for client referrals and leads.
  • In coordination with client support, he/she is responsible in the endorsement and monitoring of after sales support for
  • on-boarded merchants concerns regarding operations, sales and marketing support to the specific client support teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining business relationships with partner merchants and coordinate meetings, trainings and
  • ground activities in his/her area of assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies and programs for partner acquisitions and transactions
  • Conduct lead gathering activities within the trade area of assignment.
  • Engage and acquire merchants in the trade area.
  • Assist acquired partner merchants in filling up Cash Agad enrollment forms and collect due diligence documents.
  • Submit collected forms and due diligence documents to client support in the most timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate partner merchants trainings, meetings and activities.
  • Coordinate and attend branch area meetings.
  • Manage and submit monthly sales report to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Provide relevant on-ground feedback to Regional Sales Manager.
  • Submit regularly status reports/project updates.
  • Coordinate and support ground activities and events.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Work Experience

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • With at least two (3) years experience in sales in a bank or any financial institution
  • With experience with the MSME Market
  • With exposure in relationship management, trade area marketing
  • Must be people oriented with good communication skills
  • Can function effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to travel
