Appraiser

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for appraisal of property through desk or ocular inspection for the purpose of loan, restructuring, foreclosure and sale endorsed by various group.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year Bachelor's degree course
• Good in oral and written communication
• Licensed Appraiser is an advantage.
• At least 1 year working experience in appraisal practice
• Willing to travel and be assigned within Cagayan area
