Department:
- Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met for reloan releases and loan portfolio.
- Entertain walk-in borrowers and pre-screen applications in Loan Sales/Processing Office.
- Perform call-outs to prospects and borrowers.
- Assist Account Officers and Account Representatives for loan fulfillment and marketing.
- Process accounts and encode in the system.
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary loan documents.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to their issues.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding salary loan products.
- Ensure that all loan transactions are in compliance with audit, policies, DepEd regulations and bank guidelines.
- Work with collections team to manage delinquent accounts
- Prepare and consolidate reports related to Sales.
- Perform ad hoc task as assigned by superior/management.
