Job Summary 

 

The MSME Team Head is responsible for leading and driving the team in meeting sales targets while conforming to sales strategies and initiatives and ensuring credit quality of accounts. This role is also responsible for the management of the sales team’s performance.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Manage sales team in terms of performance against key result areas 

  • Attend to and process sales referrals and leads from various channels 

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of account documentation 

  • Process loan applications  

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Completion of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in Sales,  Marketing or Credit and Collection from lending services firms including microfinancing  

  • Experience in managing sales teams  

 

Required Skills 

 

  • Proficient in computer and business applications 

  • Knowledgeable in microfinancing or consumer lending 

  • Salesforce management
