Service Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary :

The Service Fulfillment Officer will be assigned to manage the health of the Elite and/or Core card and Personal Loan portfolio He/She would handle and resolve cases escalated from call center , branches, email and other units as well as entertain walk-in clients ensuring high level of customer satisfaction without compromising the Bank's policies and profitability.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a financial institution or call center environment

• Amenable to work on site and be assigned in Tacloban.
