Client And Transaction Services Officer

The Client and Transaction Services Officer support trade processing, corporate actions, and asset transfer activities. This role serves as a critical link between front office and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of investment transactions and related processes.
Responsibilities:
Trade Processing & Validation:
- Validate and error-correct trade orders in our wealth system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, fees, and settlement details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Corporate Actions Management:
- Monitor and communicate upcoming corporate actions to Front Office.
- Provide clear guidance and client-friendly communication on action options and deadlines.Liaise with Operations to ensure timely client responses and accurate execution.
Asset Transfers & Settlement Coordination:
- Facilitate asset transfers by coordinating settlement instructions with counterparties.
- Maintain and update standard settlement instructions (SSI) for operational efficiency.
Independent Transaction Checks:
- Perform independent verification of investment product transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
