Job Summary

 

 

 

Responsible for ensuring the correctness and completeness of billings for salary loans, by institution in accordance with established cut off.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Responsible for the timely consolidation and submission of complete billings to the partner institution

 

 

  • Responsible for the effective monitoring of accounts that are billed and with undeducted billing with the partner institution

 

 

  • Assists and acts as the back-up of the Credit Assistant; as such, is also responsible for the initial review and processing of loan applications in accordance with the established policies and procedures for salary loans including ensuring loan requirements are complete prior to loan release/booking, assist with the scheduling of loan releases, filing and warehousing applications and documents, organizing loan folders, encoding of necessary data and results into the loans system/s, and the like.

 

 

 

  • Provides regular MIS, reports and forms according to standard process and requirements.

 

 

  • Assists the Credit Officer in activities required in the processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining of loans.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a business-related course.

 

 

  • Preferably with 6 months relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations.

 

 

  • Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records

 

 

  • Computer literate.
