Responsibilities

 

The position is primarily responsible for:

  • Processing all incoming and outgoing digital payment requests under Outward Remittance Services Dept (ORSD) and ensuring that all transactions are acted upon

  • Ensuring all submitted cable requests are retrieved, printed and forwarded to MTD-RTGS Receiving Officer for processing

  • Ensuring timely delivery of messages to concerned units of the Bank

  • Maintaining confidentiality of messages and reconciles complete controls of all outgoing messages received from branches and other operations units and transmitted to various correspondent banks/local banks by generating various reports

  • Coordinates with other sections of the department for cable request transactions with corrections/amendments, queries, cancellations, etc.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates

  • At least one year banking or related experience preferred

  • Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player

  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas Area

  • Must be a Filipino Citizen
