Job Summary

The Facilities Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to assigned section relative to operations, maintenance and repairs services in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handles the custody of all documents e.g. billing payments, e-form reports, logbooks, checklists, RDTFs, travel orders, monthly & weekly reports, and binders.

  • Prepares Request for Payment of regular billings and ensures timely submission.

  • Performs administrative functions and ensures proper documentation of unit's activities.

  • Coordinates with utility companies for the installation/disconnection of utilities e.g. telephones, water & power.

  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably computer course or any business course

  • At least 2 years experience in office/clerical work (Banking experience is an advantage)

  • Required Skills: Computer literate, documentation and filing skills

  • Organized, systematic & analyticall; requires minimum supervision; team player

  • Willing to work onsite in Greenhills
