Configuration Analyst

Perform configuration of IT equipment for use of head office and/or branch units. Responsible for assessment of returned IT equipment and coordination with service providers for the required repairs of the IT equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform operating system and application installation, configuration, connectivity testing for branch and head office desktops, laptops, and branch servers.
• Perform network router, switch and IP Phone configuration for branch units.
• Perform configuration of other IT equipment for branch and head office units.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and other IT units for the configuration requests and status.
• Perform assessment and/or reconditioning of returned IT equipment pulled out from production
• Provide assistance to service provider for equipment warranty claim.
• Attend to queries and requests of units/departments.
• Provide feedback and needed information to all concerned branches/units/departments.
• Provide required information based on the status of requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with concerned units for proper execution of requests.
• Provide inputs for improvements/updates on current process to enhance service to clients.
• Perform other work assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, BSIT or ECE or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• With at least 2 years of experience in providing software/hardware support, evaluating hardware requirement and providing recommendation.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Greenhills
