Job Summary
The Support Officer is responsible for ensuring timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough review of loan documents and properly coordinate with clients to ensure compliance in pre-booking loan requirements within the Bank’s standards and requirements

Coordinate with Loans Administration Team in the final review of documents to effect loan booking

Closely monitor compliance of post-booking deficiencies through coordination with Account Officer concerned and/or clients / referrers / business partners

Assist the Account Officer in handling and managing client signing of loan documents and attend to all other client concerns
Qualiifications

Bachelors’ degree in any Business course or related degrees

Has at least 1 year work experience in Product and Legal documentation

Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
