Job Summary 

Responsible to report as a Service Officer reliever in the area/branches or wherever and wherever support or additional manpower complement is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Acts as a Service Officer reliever to branches with officers on extended leave, maternity leave or as assigned by the Area Head.
• Coordinates with Area Head and Area Operations Officer on his/her scheduled as Service Officer reliever.
• Assumes fulfill responsibility o the Service Officer being relieved including its key result areas, job description, branch targets and all other key success actors.
• Ensures that all documents, transactions, forms and other pertinent information being handled in the branch is properly turned over to the Branch Head and/or Service Officer before returning to the area office after reliever duties is complete.
• Reports any untoward incidents or situation to Area Head / AOO / Branch Head.
• Gives recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Control and Compliance:

• Ensures confidentiality of own passwords in all assigned systems
• Strict compliance to: • Bank's Policies and Procedures • Service Quality Standards • KYC and AMLA Requirements • RA 1405
