Collections Officer

At BDO Credit, we deliver comprehensive credit and collections services to support the consumer banking business, ensuring financial stability and growth.

He/She/They will be responsible for the evaluation of past due portfolio and assures that total delinquency rate of assigned bucket is maintained at a minimum and acceptable level.

Duties and Reponsibilities:

• Perform collection calls to negotiate for full or partial settlements from clients, to make past due accounts current.
• Ensure that all client requests are facilitated and coursed to appropriate units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Has at least three years' experience in collections gained from banks or other financial institutions
• Work experience gained from credit card, personal loan or telecommunication companies may also be considered
