Operations Officer-Pool

Assists the Branch Head in the operation and control of the branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Operations
-
Performs start and end of day activities.

Oversees the operation of the branch (marketing, service delivery and compliance) and ensure branch personnel's compliance to service standards.

Monitors the branch daily cash-in-vault level, keeping it within authorized limits.

Approves/verifies over-the-counter transactions in accordance with defined policies and procedures.

Secures the needed approvals of transactions as defined in the approval matrix and submit to the approving officers the confirmation letters documenting such approvals, if needed.

Manages lobby traffic and ensure customers’ satisfactions are met.

Ensures that customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily.

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
B. Control and Compliance

Ensures branch adherence to regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Anti-Money Laundering Council and other pertinent government agencies

Assists the Branch Head in ensuring that bank policies, procedures and controls related to branch operation are strictly followed by designated branch officer or staff to attain an acceptable audit rating.

Ensures branch personnel adherence on the availment of the mandatory leaves, cross-posting/rotation of officers and staff for control and training purposes, in coordination with the Branch Head and other officers.

Alternate holder of the keys and combination to the main cash vault; conduct daily cash count at the end of the day.
