The responsibilities we will trust you with:

 

  • Providing customer service support through email

  • Handling problems to establish complaint resolutions, standards, and processes
     

Your qualifications and experiences should be:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Preferably Communication or Business Degree Holders)

  • Has at least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Officer (Non-Voice) in a bank

  • Has excellent communication skills

 

You must be willing to work onsite in SM North EDSA (Quezon City), Greenhills (San Juan City) or in Double Dragon Meridian Plaza (Pasay)
