Client Relations Officer
Quezon City, National Capital Region, PH
The Branch Client Relations Officer is responsible for the daily lobby management operations and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank’s and affiliates’ products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance
- Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch's digital machines)
- Approve and override transactions
- Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year or five-year course / bachelor's degree Holder
- With at least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years of which in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales of bank products)
- Proficiency in computer and business applications
- Has effective oral and written communications skills
- Has good problem solving and numerical skills
- Has effective Presentation and Negotiation Skills
- Has leadership and effective interpersonal and people management skills
