Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for thorough and accurate evaluation of merchant applications for new affiliation, branch affiliation and/or file maintenance request in accordance with established credit policy for merchant accreditation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the team handling debit affiliations and branch referral program and ensures issues/concerns regarding the timely completion of assigned tasks are attended / escalated properly.

  • Receives merchant affiliation requests from Business Units.

  • Checks completeness of information and documentary requirements for proper evaluation of merchant affiliation applications and file maintenance requests.

  • Performs credit checking.

  • Annotates document deficiency for inclusion in the masterfile of merchants with documents to be complied on specified date.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder

  • With at least 2 years experience in retail credit.

  • Knowledgeable in Credit Evaluation.

  • With good communication skills.
