Job Summary

The Sales Support Officer is responsible to provide support to Sales Team and Internal Partners by tracking sales leads, coordination and providing internal customer assistance. Monitors the performance of the Sales Team as well as recording sales data and help internal partners resolve sales-related issues and concerns in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.

Key Responsibilities

• Salvage of un-tagged approvals for review and adjustments

• Facilitates completion and flowing of incomplete applications

• Maintains and updates preparation of reports required by Sales Teams, and Partner Channels

• Prepares periodic reports for Sales monitoring and tactical programs (Turn ins, Approval & Booking reports)

• Monitors Admin Support operational efficiency (Collected vs. Turn ins report), and other sales related reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related course

• At least 2 years' experience in handling documentation for credit card applications

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
