Responsibilities:

 

1. University Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions.
  • Partner with faculty and career services to promote employer brand and opportunities.

 

2. Early Career Programs & Internship

  • Manage hiring requirements for internship (with partner universities), trainee, and graduate programs aligned with business needs.
  • Oversee recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define program objectives and learning experiences.

 

3. Talent Pipeline Development

  • Implement strategies to attract diverse talent across disciplines.
  • Develop innovative sourcing approaches including hackathons, case competitions, and campus ambassador programs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.

 

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HRBP, recruitment teams, and business units to forecast hiring needs.
  • Provide insights and reporting on campus recruitment trends, candidate experience, and program ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing/ Communications teams to develop and maintain employer brand for early career talent acquisition

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in leading campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or university relations. Proven track record of managing internship or graduate programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
