The position:

 

 

  • Will perform designated tasks in preparation for the implementation or launch of new retail products, new system, or system enhancement or new services

 

  • Will participate in Business Unit project-related activities such as User Acceptance Testing and

comply with the agreed project work plans and timelines

 

  • Will gather data and conduct system tests related to Contact Center's service functions

     

  • Should understand marketing plans/promotions and customer communications

 

The Responsibilities we will trust you with

 

  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION | Plan, organize, and monitor completion of business projects that ensures the Contact Center Team can provide better service to the bank's clients and ensure the effective management of customer issues after product/system implementation

     

  • OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY | Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, operating policies and procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly and that projects are moving as scheduled

 

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

 

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with working with Microsoft 365 Dynamics

  • You must be willing to be assigned onsite in any of the following locations: Pasay, Makati, Greenhills (San Juan), or SM North EDSA
