Account Officer

Responsibilities

• Timely conversion of approved loan to actual booking by conducting thorough review of loan documents; proper coordination with clients in the compliance of pre-booking loan requirements; and coordinate with Loans Administration Group in the final review of loan documents to effect loan booking.

• Responsible for the achievement of given target and contributes to the team's objectives and targets.

• Closely monitoring and compliance of post-booking loan deficiencies through proper coordination with the Account Officer concerned and/or clients / referrers / business partners.

• Assisting Account Officer in handling client signing of loan documents.

Qualfications 

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder

• At least 2 years experience in handling documentation home or mortgage loans.
