Job Summary

 

 

 

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards

  • Supports and ensures compliance to the bank’s policies, procedures and requirements of the Branch Banking Group.

  • Coordinate with the Service Officer, Branch Head to ensure timely execution of tasks

  • Prepare and maintain records and reports as needed

  • Ensure compliance with bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Bachelors’ degree relevant to the job, (preferably Business course)

  • One (1) year experience in administration in branch operation in a commercial or universal bank is an advantage

  • Required Skills: proficiency in computer and business applications; effective oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work onsite in Zamboanga City
