Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards

Supports and ensures compliance to the bank’s policies, procedures and requirements of the Branch Banking Group.

Coordinate with the Service Officer, Branch Head to ensure timely execution of tasks

Prepare and maintain records and reports as needed

Ensure compliance with bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree relevant to the job, (preferably Business course)

One (1) year experience in administration in branch operation in a commercial or universal bank is an advantage

Required Skills: proficiency in computer and business applications; effective oral and written communication skills; effective interpersonal skills.

Willing to work onsite in Zamboanga City
