Branch Head

Job Mandate:
Responsible for the overall proftability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. Develops and sustains longer-term relationships with existng and prospectve clients. Gathers feedback as well as obtains information with regard to the market environment, client needs and competition, partcularly in the assigned branch.
Dutes & Respoosibilites:
1. Develops sales and marketing strategies for the braoch. Implements these strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
2. Ensures acceptable accuracy level of marketing cash and accounting operations including customer handling.
3. Exercises approving and administrative authority in the operations of the branch by proper and timely approvals of various transactions, being mindful of control and compliance requirements within the bank.
4. Attends to administrative-related matters such as the conduct of regular meetings among members of the branch, ascertains disbursements, premises upkeep, review and implementation of policies and procedures or better management of the branch.
5. Handles manpower issues initates personnel movements career planning and development of branch personnel.
6. Acts as Coosumer Assistance Officercer (CAO).
7. Performs other dutes that may be assigned from time to time.
