Job Mandate

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of tellering, cashiering and ATM operations of the branch.

Ensures prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the bank's service standards and internal control. Responsible or the daily operations of the Marketing Section of the branch and provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.

 

Duties & responsibilities

1. Supervises the over-all cash and marketing operations of the branch by promoting continuous enhancement o quality service,

customer handling, accurate processing and operational efficiency.

2. Supervises the efficient cash servicing to clients and cash transfers to other branches/banks, acceptable accuracy level of cash and sufficient management of cash requirements.

3. Ensures secured and continued availability o ATM operations to meet customers needs.

4. Assumes accounting responsibility on vouching of transaction or branches without Accounting Assistants.

5. Ensures adherence to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards o branch personnel under his supervision.

6. Handles the sector's personnel requirements, promotes branch personnel improvement/advancement and harmonious work relationship.

7. Assists in achieving branch financial targets.

8. Acts as alternate Consumer Assistance Officer (CAO).

9. Performs other duti es that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably business course

Work Experience - Preferable at least one (1) year experience in administration in the industry, bank or any financial institution, preferably in branch operations

Skills

    1. Highly proficient in computer and business applications

    2. Excellent command of the English language

    3. Leadership and effective interpersonal and people management
