Credit Officer
Naga City, Bicol Region, PH
Duties and Responsibilities:
A Credit Officer will be responsible for one or a combination of these duties:
1. Credit Investigation
• Gather and validate information about the borrower through various checks
• Coordinate with concerned officers and/or other units related to the CI of the loan applications
• Prepare reports on findings noted during the credit investigation
• Prepare tabulated proof of sales
2. Credit Evaluation
• Evaluate credit application according to credit policies and guidelines
• Prepare and recommend credit proposals on all applications received within the agreed turn-around time (TAT)
• Ensure accurate and prompt update of customer personal information and/or application status in the relevant front-end processing system
3. Other Functions
• Investigate complaints from various units/departments regarding erroneous data capture and give feedback to the concerned party. Initiate and recommend actions to correct the discrepancy
• Give relevant feedback with regard to matters that affect the quality of evaluation and turn-around time
• Ensure submission of daily productivity report
• Attend required internal and external meetings and training (regular & periodic)
• Document filing
• Other tasks assigned by the ACH
Minimum Qualification Requirements:

- College graduate, preferably of any business course
- With at least 2 years work experience in credit review covering the area of application processing and evaluation
- Understanding of the basic Credit System
- Must be able to comfortably interface with IT/System Support and third-party service providers
- Knowledge of techniques and tools
