Job Summary



The Credit Assistant is responsible for the initial review and processing of loan applications in line with the Banks standards and requirements.



Key Responsibilities



  • Performs front-end processing of applications in accordance to existing policies and procedures 

  • Recommends credit decision such as approve or decline of applications upon completion of front end-processing

  • Responsible for tasks such as but not limited to scheduling of loan releases, filing and warehousing applications and documents, organizing loan folders, encoding of necessary data and results into the loans system/s, and the like.

  • Assists Credit Officer in activities required in the processing, checking, evaluating, and maintaining of loans. 

  • Acts as the back-up of the Billing Assistants, and as such is responsible for the timely consolidation and submission of complete billings to the Manning Agency and responsible for the effective monitoring of billing deductions. 
  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements



Qualifications



  • Graduate of any 4 year degree course

  • Preferably with 6 months relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations.   

  • Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records

  • Computer literate

  • Willing to work onsite in Naga
