Job Summary

 

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for servicing walk-in customers of the Loan Processing Office. This position performs approved processes in line with Bank standards and requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Prepares and consolidates Sales reports

· Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients

· Act as a liason with other units in the resolution of operational and service issues

 

Qualifications

 

· Completion of any Bachelors’ degree

· Experience in sales or customer service from any financial, or lending institutions, banks, call centers or telecommunications company is an advantage

 

 

Required Skills

 

· Proficient in computer and business applications

· Effective oral and written communication skills

· High customer focus

· Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure
