Responsible for prompt and accurate repricing of Trust Receipts ensuring appropriate Fire Insurance coverage and compliance with other internal/external policies.

 

 

 

- Assist in the processing and monitoring of trade finance transactions and related documents

- Review documents and transaction requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy

- Encode and maintain transaction records in bank systems

- Coordinate with clients, branches, and internal stakeholders to support transaction processing

- Prepare reports and assist in monitoring outstanding transactions

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures

- Support various operational and administrative functions within the Trade Services Unit

 

 

 

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduate

- Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision

- Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Willing to work onsite in Binondo
