Telesales Staff (Ortigas)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize and distribute leads

• Assist in leads calling

• Comply with policies and regulatory mandates of handling customer data

• Deliver other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year course

• At least 3 years work experience as outbound telesales representative preferably in the banking industry

• Knowledgeable in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel for reporting

• Has a good command of the English and Filipino language and is comfortable in doing presentations. A 3rd dialect (Visayan) is a plus
