Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that projects are properly prioritized, executed, monitored, and reported while maintaining alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, project teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of integration capabilities that support the bank's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management
• Lead and oversee the delivery pipeline of API and integration initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate prioritization of incoming demands and work requests.
• Coordinate with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. 

Demand Management & Governance
• Manage intake, assessment, and prioritization of API and integration requests.
• Ensure adherence to established governance processes and standards.
• Facilitate alignment between business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Support management decision-making through effective tracking and reporting. 

Stakeholder Engagement 
• Act as the primary coordination point between business units, project teams, vendors, and technology groups.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project status, risks, and achievements.
• Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.
• Build strong partnerships across the organization.

Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
• Ensure effective workload distribution and team capacity management.

Reporting & Operational Management 
• Prepare executive and management reports related to delivery performance, demand pipeline, and key initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators and service commitments.
• Drive process improvements that enhance team productivity and delivery effectiveness.
• Support budgeting, planning, and resource forecasting activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• At least 10 years of experience leading teams, projects, or technology delivery initiatives.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, PMO functions, delivery management, system implementation, or application development.
• Exposure to APIs, integration technologies, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
