Responsibilities:
Operations Efficiency
- Recommend process improvement projects that will streamline procedures and contribute to operations efficiency
- Proactively suggest process automation projects, if applicable
- Assist in formulating guidelines to effectively implement new processes or controls
- Review Request for Services (RFS) initiated by Operations unit before submission to Remittance Systems Support
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Timeliness
- Ensures timely delivery of projects, reports and other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Relationship Management
- Work with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, team leadership and motivation in order to achieve project goals
- Support and assist project team/s in addressing operational and transactional issues/concerns, analyzing data, making informed and timely decisions and executing resolutions

Qualifications:
- With at least 5 years experience in the Remittance or related business/es preferably gained from a bank or other financial institution
