UAT Officer

Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible in validating the software through user acceptance testing (UAT) against the business requirements before it goes live and coordinates with Consumer Banking Group Systems and Methods as well as with third party service providers regarding UAT plan and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Conducts UAT of credit card host system and interfaces including In-House pc-based applications including but not limited to Card schemes new technologies / Risk tools enhancement

• Coordinates with Systems and Methods unit and 3rd party service providers for clarification, assessment and follow-up actions such as UAT activities requirements if system modification is necessary to resolve the problem

• Assists in the development of a comprehensive set of user system requirements, test cases through effective information gathering from users and analysis thereof

• Conducts testing, analysis of test results and assist in the documentation process of all projects/systems and request.

• Ensures that appropriate liaison/coordination exists between Systems and Methods unit and Fraud Management & Authorization Unit users.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.

• At least 2 years experience in the cards business or any financial institution.

• Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
