Job Summary
The Training Assistant assigned in the training administration section is primarily responsible for centralized training administration functions such as financial transactions, data/file management, expense tracking and reports
Key Responsibilities
-Process the training requests submitted to Training Administration Section,
-Process the cash advance and request for payment transactions in Purchasing System
-Prepares documents required by General Accounting Unit
-Engages with vendors to manage seminar- registration, documentation requirements, and related tasks
-Prepares reports on training allowances and honorarium
-Maintains Corinthian Gardens training center facilities in coordination with Procure and Logistics
-Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, or related fields
- Willing to do training administration and operations work
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
