Training Assistant

Job Summary:
A Training Assistant is responsible for supporting the implementation and coordination of training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This position ensures that training activities are well-organized, documented, and aligned with the objectives of the Sales Training team. The role involves assisting the Sales Training Officer and Manager in the preparation, facilitation, and monitoring of training sessions and materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform administrative, technical and other support tasks related to accomplishing planning and implementation of team deliverables as may be assigned by Sales Training Officer and Manager.

Assist in the delivery of sales training programs for new hires and existing staff.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue setup, materials, and attendance tracking.

Support the preparation of training reports, feedback summaries, and documentation.

Maintain training databases and records in coordination with the HR team.

Help design and update training materials and modules.

Facilitate portions of training sessions under supervision.
