Test Manager

Job Description:

• As a Test Manager, you will develop comprehensive test cases, prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix, test execution, defect tracking and reporting. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage UAT test progress and defects raised during UAT phase

• Ensure defects raised and well documented and categorized into the respective severity

• Collaborates with Project Managers, ITSD Unit Heads, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands

• Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields 

• At least 10 years’ experience in TESTING delivery of CRM projects for Banking

• Experience in managing an independent Testing Team for projects and/or AMS/Production Support

• Experience in Project Management, Risk and Issue Management and Mitigation

• Knowledge on testing tools MF ALM, LR, UFT, Jira, Selenium, Github, Jenkins
