Test Manager

Job Description:

• As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and control the Test activities of the Test Leads under a Project or Unit. The Test Manager ensures visibility in the status of each Testing activities across a Unit or Project as well as resource planning at this level. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Project Managers, Development Leads across Unit/Project team to ensure quality delivery and gather resource demands

• Provide guidance on Test Leads and Testers, supervise test teams to ensure consistency in implementing Test Process

• Gather resource requirements for upcoming projects and enhancements of the Unit

• Set quality metrics and ensure team meets the set metrics

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field

• More than 7 yrs. of experience of using ALM Test Management Tool or other similar Test Management tools

• Experience in managing an independent Testing Team for projects and/or AMS/Production Support

• Experience in creating Resource Management: Capacity and Demand Management

You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
