Test Governance Manager

Job Description:
- As a Test Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities across IT projects comply with BDO’s defined standards, policies, and quality assurance protocols. This role leads to the governance of testing processes, including entry/exit criteria, defect management, and audit readiness.
Job Responsibilities:

Define and continuously update testing policies, standards, and templates to reflect the industry’s best practices and regulatory changes

Drive continuous improvement of the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) to ensure it supports each phase of the SDLC, meets control gate requirements, and aligns with the organization’s quality objectives

Govern and support the implementation of the Testing Governance Framework, including gate review controls, testing checkpoints, escalation paths, and risk mitigation practices

Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree

Over 10 years of experience in Software Testing

At least 2 years of actual experience and demonstrable skills Test Management or a related function in previous roles

Experience in ensuring compliance with governance processes, both personally and for others

Proficiency in Testing Processes, various test types and approaches, and test tools
You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
