Job Mandate

Test Automation and Environments Manager focuses on ensuring execution of testing standards for all projects, including the

development of improved processes and testing tools

Duties and Responsibilities

Test Automation and Environments Manager will be responsible in delivering test automation and performance testing of BDO’s

applications. The lead will develop automation framework and leverage BDO’s enterprise testing tool. Furthermore, the lead will also

deliver performance testing for in-scope applications using JMeter or LoadRunner.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology or related courses

Work Experience

• 10 years of experience in Software Testing

• 5 years as Test Manager or Test Lead

• Experience in managing vendors, shared services, or delivery centers

Knowledge Area • Industry Standard Test Practice and Process

• Finance Industry and/or Banking Domain

Skills

• Proficiency on Testing Process, different Test Types and Approach, Test Tools

and Test

• Automaton Framework

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• People and conflict management skills

• Works well with a team (team player)

• Attention to detail

Personal Attributes

• Collaborative, positive thinker, solution-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced

Professional Certification & Licenses • Preference on PMP, ITILv4, ISTQB or similar certifications
