Job Summary
The Telemarketing Officer is responsible in generating applications for BDO credit card, billings for installment programs and ensuring quality of all applications. Preparation of reports on all applications received and call list tracking reports on all applications received and call list tracking reports.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct call-out activities to clients with the main objective of generating applications for credit card / installment facility / bookings for loans.

Conduct the agreed number of call attempts, contacts and turn-in ratios at the start of each campaign.

Ensure to process or conduct call out to all the names in the list provided by Telemarketing Unit.

Maintain quality of applications by ensuring completeness, authenticity and validity of information.

Adhere to sales / marketing scripts and cross selling activities of other sales / marketing related programs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

At least 2 years of work experience in Telesales/Customer Service

Good communication skills
-
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
