The role will be responsible for working closely with different teams within IT to deliver administrative and operational reports.

 

The role will be responsible for:

  • Performing BAU work

  • Establishing effective processes and governance

  • Operationalization of identified activities in the new ITPD structure.

  • Metrics identification, tracking, analysis and reporting

  • Continuous process improvement and optimization.

     

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Collate reliable risk data and gather assessment material in a timely manner

  • Perform/review risk assessment for the unit

  • Acts as point of person for the implementation of BCP tools, data privacy management tools and initiatives within the business/support unit

  • Primarily tasked as risk advocates for information security related matter.

  • Receive audit findings from the Auditors and coordinate with the Auditees in giving responses on audit findings and validation of responses.

  • Other related function that may be assigned from time-to-time.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems/ Information Technology, Economics, Statistics or similar.

  • Good communication and coordination with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Have experience in crafting and establishing process, standards, and framework for governance.

  • Have sufficient knowledge in IT Risk Management.

  • Working knowledge in data analysis/extracting/reporting programs.

  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
