Job Description:
- As a Tech Lead, you will develop project plan, scope, estimates; Manage the implementation of IT Projects ensuring on-time and within budget delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance with solution architecture.
Job Responsibilities:

Assists in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Units

Leads the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsor and that a robust project plan is in place

Leads the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/ case studies are developed

Work with the application owners, IT Operations, architects, and platform owners to ensure that the technical deliverables are aligned with company standard processes and SDLC
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields

Experienced as a full-time IT project manager, delivery or technical lead (5 years minimum), preferably gained from a bank or financial institution

Proficient in effectively communicating in both technical and business languages, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business requirements

Knowledgeable with different project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified

Experienced in handling complex projects on financial applications is highly-preferred
You must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas.
