Responsibilities

  • Responsible in managing the team and ensures equal distribution of workload among SS Account Officers to attain high productivity.

  • Responsible for effective management of accounts in the pipeline for timely conversion of accounts to booking

  • Responsible in addressing clients’ requests and concerns to meet client’s needs and ensure satisfactory customer service by giving timely feedback on account status; book accounts within service level agreement.

  • Responsible for the fulfillment and compliance of major documentary deficiencies specifically Real Estate Mortgage registration, Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) & Fire Insurance Coverage of home loan accounts.

  • Conducts regular meetings regarding sales production, policy and process updates with account officers/team

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.

  • With at least 5 years experience in retail lending as an account officer.

  • Must be willing to work on site and be in assigned in Makati / Ortigas.
