The Fraud Awareness Team Leader is primarily responsible for the deployment of Fraud related training to BDO internal and external customers. He/she is also responsible for the timely release of materials developed under the Bank’s Fraud awareness campaign.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage over-all fraud awareness program for the bank related to fraud risk.
- Facilitates and implements external/internal training programs and provide fraud topics for the advisory materials
- Ensures availability of training materials such as fraud awareness audio-visual modules, equipment, hand-outs and other presentation materials.
- Coordinates with Merchant Acquiring for the orientation of various merchants and ensure timely release of merchant advisory materials.
- Coordinates with internal units for scheduling fraud awareness training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in courses related to Marketing Communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in Training and communications.
- Knowledgeable in multi-media and other forms of technology.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
