Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all booking teams are adequately staffed to meet the BU’s targets at all times
- Devise an efficient RFB review and approval process
- Ensure that all accounts / transactions received for the day were distributed and reviewed within the set Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Approves request for additional collateral description in the system
- Elevates unresolved issues / concerns to Sales Team Leader / Team Head
- Respond to queries or concerns of NCR and PBC AOs / TLs
- Handles / monitors and prepares report for DOW and CWT / Cash payments of all participating Dealers
- See to it that all pending accounts due for AR-DST have been reported to LAD for constructive affixing
- Provide assistance in the execution of Business Programs, as needed
- Monitor productivity of all Team members
- Provide training to Officers and Staff, as needed
- Conduct coaching, as needed
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Primarily responsible for the following:
- Ensure a highly efficient process is in place for the booking of auto loan transactions for both 2P and 3P transactions
- Oversee the day to day operations of the booking teams and ensures that loan releases are processed within acceptable standards (<1% beyond 2nd pass of LAD).
- Timely training and development of personnel (regulatory, internal policies, industry, etc.)
- Administrative functions such as people management, PAR preparation and checking and behavioral coaching.
