Ensures solid and continuing relationship with the clients and direct communication with key client decision makers;

Understands clients’ operations and markets through regular client contact, plant visits, updates on local and global industry developments;

Manages a portfolio sub‑set of credit‑worthy accounts that can influence volume, usage, pricing and profitability as/when needed;

Varies client mix to ensure diversity of portfolio and avoid excessive concentration;

Drives the pursuit of new clients and product enhancements;

Monitors profitability of disbursement and collection product usage and coordinates with Team and operating units on pricing and product mix adjustments as needed;

Ascertains proper disposition and booking of fees and commissions due to and from assigned clients within time frame allowed by Bank policies and procedures.

Tracks adherence to bank policies, procedures such as credit review and documentation requirements and work plans, problem account management;

Evaluates periodically with the Relationship Managers the suitability of loan facilities against market conditions, competition, perceived growth and risk factors;

Reviews and recommends credit proposals based on quality of credit and cash flow statements, collateral and other risk mitigants, and adherence to bank policies;

Guides and mentors Team members to improve sales and credit skills, bolster confidence, encourage growth and positive work experience;

Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and service quality standards.

Bachelor's degree holder

Minimum of 7 years related experience in banking, particularly in relationship management handling Corporate/Commercial accounts

Strong credit analysis, loan packaging skills and managerial skills
