Team Head

The Implementation Head will be responsible for ensuring that deals are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor Implementation Officers’ initial contact to newly enrolled CMS-SME clients to ensure timely handling of assigned deals.
• Facilitate regular product implementation updates and other relevant trainings to Implementation Officers.
• Manage escalated and special handling cases and collaborates with different units in providing work-around / permanent resolution.
• Adhere to established standards, processes and performance metrics.
• Recommend, implement, and collaborate with internal partners for process improvements / system enhancements
• Perform other responsibilities/tasks that may be assigned to meet the objectives of the group/bank.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably business-related.
• At least five (5) years of work experience, preferably in client servicing; background in Cash Management Services is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
