Job Summary

The Team Head leads a team of Project Managers in overseeing construction-related projects including renovations, relocations, and new builds. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards. The position requires coordination across internal teams, contractors, and building administrators, and involves reporting progress to senior management.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pre-Construction Oversight: Reviews project plans, participates in pre-bid and technical meetings, and ensures readiness for permit processing and contractor mobilization.

  • Construction Monitoring: Conducts regular site inspections, evaluates progress billings, and ensures coordination with stakeholders including building administrators and business units.

  • Post-Construction Management: Oversees final inspections, punch lists, and documentation turnover including permits and as-built plans.

  • Team Leadership: Supervises Project Managers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.

  • Process Improvement: Identifies and implements enhancements to project workflows that improve service delivery and reduce costs.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in construction, property management, facilities, and project management.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of supervisory practices, design principles, mechanical systems, IT infrastructure, and power systems.

  • Skills: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project), construction methodologies, and problem-solving.



The Candidate must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
