Responsibilities

Monitor staff performance through regular weekly / monthly coaching and evaluation. Identify areas for improvement in the achievement of daily targets and preparations of a performance improvement plan in order to identify specific activities to increase productivity.

Provide recommendations and suggestions on productivity trends sales strategy formulation. Validate reports on list analysis and telemarketers productivity and make recommendations based on the MIS.

Implement activities involving quality assurance directed towards the improvement in the quality of applications generated by the Telemarketer.
Qualifications

Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder

At least 5 years experience in Telemarketing / Credit Card operations preferably gained in a financial institution.

With people management experience.

Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
