Job Mandate:

The Team Lead’s primary function includes management of applications under his direct supervision and acting as Section Head when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Manage assigned applications

  1. User account, system parameter and device definitions (ATM, POS, Workstation IDs)
    1.1 Approve requests for processing by the IAM Analysts.
    1.2 Check requests processed by the IAM Analysts.
    1.3 Act as point person for applications handled for meetings, handling of problems or issues reported, audit investigations, regular audit.
    1.4 Ensure that application-related documentation and master files are updated.
    1.5 Process requests.
    1.6 Escalate problems encountered to team lead and concerned officers or units within established guidelines.
    1.7 Ensure that accounts entitlement review and removal of access for resigned and terminated employees are performed on schedule.

B. Assist the Section Head
2. Assist the Section Head in managing the daily operations of the section.

  1. Perform functions of the Section Head in his or her absence.
  2. Prepare regular status report on projects and major activities of the section and submit to Section Head within set deadline.

C. Conduct UAT for application administration modules of new or modified systems.
D. Create or update process documentation.
E. Support branch expansion, relocation, renaming, conversion and consolidation projects.
F. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Education: Graduate of a 4-year IT or Business Related Course.
Work Experience: At least five years of Identity Access Management experience in BDO IT Operations.
Knowledge Area: Identity access management.
