JOB SUMMARY:

The Sustainability Knowledge Development Lead will work directly with the Head of the Sustainability Office to lead the Bank’s internal and external capability-building strategy on sustainability, manage its implementation and measure its impact. He/She will ensure timely and relevant compliance to regulatory mandates and global and regional best practices on sustainability and impact reporting.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure strategic alignment of the Bank’s sustainability capability-building strategy with business goals 

  • Design training modules on sustainability topics that will address environmental and social risks and enhance opportunities business in aid of decision-making at senior levels

  • Identify capability-building needs by consulting with internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify external experts/resources that can develop and deliver timely capability-building solutions online and in person for employees, suppliers, and clients

  • Optimize internal training processes for efficiency, in partnership with HR Learning & Development 

  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training on virtual platforms

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has at least 8-10 years’ experience in developing capability building, knowledge management, and leadership development modules for organizations

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sustainability principles and concepts

  • Strong understanding of multimedia channels and how they can be used for capability building

  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas
